Each piece is handmade in my studio, and I carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives safely.

• Orders are shipped within 5 business days.

• All orders are shipped with PostNord or Schenker and include tracking.

  Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

  Shipping within Sweden:

  Up to 0.5 kg — 69 SEK

  Up to 1 kg — 89 SEK

  Up to 2 kg — 129 SEK

  Up to 3 kg — 159 SEK

  Up to 5 kg — 189 SEK

  Over 5 kg — 249 SEK

• You can choose to pick up your order free of charge from my studio in Vindö. After placing your order, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.

• Yes, I ship worldwide. Contact me if you want to place an order outside of Sweden. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Returns

I want you to feel happy with your piece. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out and I will do my best so that we can find a solution.

• Ceramics are fragile and can be complicated to ship. If an item arrives damaged, please check if the package is damaged and contact PostNord and me directly at vildogat@gmail.com

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your package. To start a return, please email me with your order information. Once approved, the item can be sent back. Items must be returned in undamaged condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
